Shipping and Returns
We are an Australian Electrical Wholesaler and currently do not ship overseas/internationally through ordering on our website. We are happy to take overseas orders and ship internationally, but currently our website does not facilitate this and you will need to contact head office on +61 2 9319 3133.
We normally use AustraliaPost’s fast, reliable and secure eParcel Delivery Service to ship products. Occassionally, we may choose to deliver items by courier or registered post. We are only able to ship to Australian addresses.
Whilst we take the utmost pride in packing all our orders, sometimes accidents, delays or errors do occur.
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Herkes Electrical Supplies to be authorised to receive the products.
Herkes Electrical Supplies and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. (Normally 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday)
In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery; our carrier/s will leave a card;
When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office.
Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
You will be sent a Tracking notification by email for you to track your parcel when it leaves Herkes Electrical Supplies when a tracking number is available. Please always check your Junk/Spam folders of your email for this notification if it is not delivered to your Inbox.
Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery. If you find any item Missing or Damaged please contact us within 48 hours on email@example.com.
The current delivery window for normal size parcels is 2 to 14 business days. Should you require same day delivery/next day delivery within the Sydney Metro region or Brisbane Metro region, this can be accommodated within reason (and dependant on product warehouse location), please contact Herkes if this is required: firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, sometimes stock levels can be inaccurate and can cause items to be back ordered. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a team member from Herkes will be in contact with you.
Freight costs will be determined within the cart and is dependent on items added to cart and location.
Due to the extensive range of products available to Herkes Electrical Supplies, Herkes Professional Audio and Herkes Professional Lighting there will always be products available that are not on the website, please contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for: email@example.com.
We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened, undamaged and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. The item must be returned within 14 business days of original receipt. Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost. In order to process your exchange of goods, please be sure to include a note or email correspondence explaining the reason for the return, the item you wish to exchange it with, as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you to arrange delivery of the exchanged item (delivery charges apply).
Any faults or missing items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your package being signed for. Please contact them on firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to return the Damaged/Faulty Item. Include your daytime contact number and someone will be in contact with you within three business days.
